From leaders to frontline employees, my training prepares participants for the challenges they will face and equips them with the skills to excel. All while having fun!
Helping you do what you do — even better
You want your employees to be confident, capable, and ready to make a difference from day one. But too many walk out of training unsure how to apply what they’ve learned — and it shows.
This isn’t just a skills gap. It’s lost confidence, missed chances, and employers left frustrated.
As a qualified trainer, I don’t just tick boxes. I design training that mirrors real work, not just the workbook. Whether it’s helping new managers lead with confidence, preparing early years staff to build trust with families, or supporting adults into work — I focus on what matters: relevance, confidence, and long-term impact.
Because when training reflects the real world, learners don’t just get ready — they stay ready.
Strengthen Your Workforce with Practical Training
I’m qualified in NPQICL and ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management. I use my experience working in local councils and non-profit organisations to bring real-life examples into the training. This helps learners develop the confidence and skills they need to manage teams, handle challenges, and make a positive impact at work and in their personal lives.
Management training and 1:1 mentoring
Some 39% of employees don’t think their manager has the proper training or the skills to perform their role, Let that sink in for a moment.
This can impact trust, morale, and team performance as well as a huge loss of potential — for the individual and the organisation. The truth is, stepping into management is tough, and without the right support, even the most promising managers can struggle.
I can help you develop the next generation of managers with training or mentoring that covers everything from effective team management to strategic decision-making and conflict resolution.
